The project consists of the construction and sale of 9 houses in condominium that will be located in a 5959,8 area of m2. These houses are planned of first category, finished . In the set plant the location of the houses can be observed, is important to remember that the 9 houses have panoramic sea view, does not matter where they are located, all has a beautiful view to the sea, logically those that they are located in the high part but, will have the best view.
In order to create the access to each house the electrification for each house has been planned that the internal ways are of paving stones of concrete (similar to the one of the Gondolas), in addition will be underground, of such form that will be no elements that distort the landscape.
